Pinavega is not an e-commerce website that sells online products. Pinavega provides professional services in software development, web design, UI/UX, SEO, performance optimization, and digital visibility.
Service scope is determined through a proposal, scope, and work schedule after the client’s needs are evaluated.
2. Service Fees
Service fees are determined according to project scope, delivery items, timeline, technical requirements, design needs, and optimization needs.
After proposal approval, the service process begins. Payment plan and delivery conditions are clarified separately between the parties.
3. Refund Policy
Services provided by Pinavega consist of labor-intensive work such as analysis, strategy, design, software, consulting, SEO, and performance optimization.
For this reason, service fees are not refunded after the service process begins. Scope, delivery, revision, or payment conditions are evaluated on a project basis through written proposal and mutual agreement.
4. Scope Changes
During a project, additional features, new pages, integrations, content, design revisions, or technical improvements may be needed. These scope changes are evaluated separately and may require additional pricing.
5. Delivery and Revision
Delivery and revision processes are determined according to the service scope. Pinavega aims to provide clear communication, steady progress, and sustainable technical quality throughout the project.
